How gratuity and PF are estimated

Gratuity is estimated using the standard `15/26` rule based on last drawn salary and completed eligible years. PF maturity uses a compounding estimate with a configurable annual contribution increase.

Gratuity = Last Drawn Salary × 15 × Eligible Years ÷ 26

PF returns are market-linked to declared EPF interest rates. Use the interest field as an assumption, not a guaranteed future rate.
